Document Delivery and Service Fees
(Effective January 1, 2006)
The Queen's Medical Center, Hawaii Medical Library will obtain articles or borrow books that are not available in our collection, from other libraries. This document delivery service is available to the affiliated users of the Library for a fee. See table below.
Articles ordered can be delivered to the requester by mail, fax, picked up at the Library, or web delivery. Books can be picked up at the Library.
It may take 3-5 working days to obtain an article. If it is needed sooner, please let us know and we can rush the request for an additional fee. Books will be mailed to us so it may take several weeks for us to receive them.
