WILLIAM EDES ALSUP

Dr. W.E. Alsup was born on August 20, 1900. He received his medical degree from the University of Washington, St. Louis, Missouri, in 1930. He came to Honolulu in 1930 and was in practice with Drs. F.F. Alsup, Culpepper and Duryea until 1932 and with Drs. Alsup, Howarth and French until 1942. He then practiced at the Alsup Clinic in Honolulu, 1943-47. He moved to San Mateo, California in 1947 and retired. He was later in Espanola, New Mexico.

Dr. Alsup and his wife, Caroline Dixie (Jackson), had a son William Edes, Jr.
