THEODORE ALBERT BARKER


Theodore Albert Barker

Dr. Theodore A. Barker was born on January 11, 1932 in Jaroso, Colorado. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University, California in 1963. His internship was served at Memorial Mission Hospital in Ashville, North Carolina from 1963-64. He was a resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mobile General Hospital from 1967-69 and was also at Los Angeles County Hospital from 1966-67. Dr. Barker practiced in North Carolina and came to Hawaii in 1978. He also practiced in Kona, Hawaii and was Chief of Staff of the Kona Hospital in 1980. A member of the Hawaii County Medical Society and the Hawaii Medical Association, he moved to Florida in 1981.

Dr. Barker died in Florida on April 20, 1997.
